This Privacy Policy explains how GridEngine Business Finance Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (개인정보보호법, “PIPA”).

  • The contents of your message to us
  • The date and time you submitted the form

We do not collect information by automated means. This site runs no analytics, no third-party tracking, and no advertising pixels. We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing.

3. Purposes of collection and use

Your personal information is used only to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and suggest a consultation session time;
  • Prepare for the session you describe in your message;
  • Keep a record of the inquiry in case you schedule and take a session.

We do not use your information for any other purpose, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We process your personal information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the inquiry form and confirm the checkbox on this page. You may withdraw that consent at any time by email or phone using the contact details in section 1.

5. Retention and use periods

We retain inquiry information only for as long as needed for the purposes in section 3:

  • If you do not book a session: we delete the inquiry within 90 days of your message.
  • If you reserve and attend a session: we retain the inquiry record for the duration of the engagement and for 12 months afterwards, then delete it.
  • If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we do so within 30 days.

6. Provision of personal information to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to any third party except where required by law. The only third parties we work with are the service providers that carry the technical transmission of your form submission to our inbox on the same domain; they process the data on our instructions and delete it after delivery.

7. Your rights as a data subject

Under PIPA you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
  • Withdraw consent for processing at any time;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (개인정보보호위원회, privacy.go.kr).

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the contact details in section 1. We will respond within 10 working days.

8. How your information is stored

Inquiry submissions are sent to a handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and delivered to our business email. They are not stored on this website’s servers beyond the transmission. Your cookie consent choice is stored only in your own browser’s local storage under the key gridengine-consent; it never leaves your device.

This site shows a cookie preference banner on first visit. Your choice (accept or reject) is stored in your browser’s local storage. Choosing reject does not disable any site feature, since no analytics or third-party tracking operates here. See the Cookies page for details.

10. Security measures

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including restricting access to inquiry records to the representative director and staff who handle inquiries. We do not store payment card details on this site — no payment is taken on this website.

11. Children

This site is intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

Any material change to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page. The latest review date appears at the end of this page.
