Two consultation formats, both one-to-one
Sessions are individual — never a group workshop. You bring your own numbers; we never use a template filled with industry averages and call it your plan.
- Working-capital session — one 75-minute meeting, one receivables-vs-payables map, one lever to pull. KRW 180,000 (VAT inclusive).
- Budgeting follow-up session — one 45-minute check four weeks later: did the lever move the number? KRW 90,000 (VAT inclusive).
Fees are indicative only and have not been confirmed by the business yet; the figures above are logged as proposed, pending business confirmation.
What is and is not included
Included in a session
- A week-by-week receivables-vs-payables map for the next 12 weeks
- Identification of the collision weeks where cash goes negative
- One named working-capital lever with a target number to move
- A one-page running plan you keep and update yourself
Not included
- Investment advice or product recommendations — we do not sell any product
- Tax filing, VAT returns, or bookkeeping done on your behalf
- A guarantee of any return or profit figure
- Ongoing monthly management — the plan is yours to run
