These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the consultation sessions offered by GridEngine Business Finance Co., Ltd. By submitting an inquiry or attending a session you agree to these terms.

2. The service

We offer individual financial-planning consultation sessions focused on small-business budgeting and working-capital planning. Sessions are advisory only. We do not provide investment advice, tax filing, accounting services, or product recommendations, and we do not sell any financial product.

3. Session formats and fees

Budgeting follow-up session	45 minutes	KRW 90,000

The fees above are tentative; the business has yet to confirm them, and they are recorded as proposed pending business confirmation. The fee payable for a confirmed session is the fee communicated to you in writing when your session time is confirmed. This website takes no payment at booking time.

4. Booking and confirmation

A session is not booked until we confirm a time with you in writing (by email). Submitting the inquiry form on this site is an expression of interest, not a contract.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed session at no cost up to 24 hours before the start time. Within 24 hours, the session fee is payable in full. See the Refund page for the full refund terms.

6. What you are responsible for

You agree to provide accurate information about your business when you schedule and attend a session. The value of a working-capital plan depends on the accuracy of the figures you bring; we are not responsible for outcomes based on information you provide that is incomplete or incorrect.

7. No guarantee of results

We plan the timing of cash. We do not guarantee any return, profit, or specific financial outcome. A working-capital plan is a tool you run yourself; results depend on your own execution after the session.

8. Intellectual property

Any one-page plan we prepare for you during a session is yours to use. The underlying method and materials remain ours; you may not resell or redistribute them.

9. Website use

This website is provided as information only. You agree not to misuse the inquiry form (including sending spam, false reports, or unlawful content). We may decline to respond to inquiries that appear to be made in bad faith.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The most recent review date is shown below.
